Building Capacity

Ecstasis works with CA Employee Development to assess and develop their leaders using their values and leadership framework as guide. Ecstasis designed and delivers a six month program including a comprehensive assessment center experience involving role plays with actors and small and large group exercises, all of which are observed by Cisco execs. Once the assessment center is completed, leaders participate in a virtual synchronous leadership development learning process over the course of six months. Leading Transformation

Ecstasis provides 1:1 Executive Coaching to C-level leadership at Goodwill. Coaching is the key to sustainability of focus and growth. Positive transformation at the macro (organizational) level requires transformation at the micro (individual) level. Ecstasis coaching keeps the focus on the leader’s transformation so the leader can focus on what’s needed next.
