Donna Fowler

Donna Fowler brings a unique mix of consulting skills to her clients, honed through her “Big 5” consulting firm experience combined with her independent consulting practice. Donna has extensive experience designing and delivering executive coaching and leadership development programs that facilitate the process of clients achieving extraordinary results in their businesses and their lives.

The focus of Donna’s work is assisting others to develop the leadership capacities necessary to excel in today’s business environment, including developing the competencies of leading diverse groups of people, working collaboratively, and coaching as a leader and manager.

Some of the clients Donna has worked with include Cisco, Ernst & Young, Federal Home Loan Bank, Intel, Dreyers Ice Cream, Stanford University, and Quantum/Maxtor.

She is a past National President of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association (PCMA) and was a founding member of the association’s Northern California chapter. Donna is credentialed as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coach Federation, and is a Certified Integral Coach with New Ventures West.

She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Purdue University and has done extensive graduate level study in Clinical and Organizational Psychology at John F. Kennedy University.

Donna resides in the Bay Area in Northern California.
