Before starting Ecstasis, Greg was President and CEO of Leading Initiatives Worldwide, Inc, a global leadership development consultancy that experienced an average of 65% year over year growth for three years under his leadership. Greg uses his experiences as a business leader and practicing psychotherapist to engage with corporate clients all over the world to co-create the needed ‘threshold moments’ that enable success.

Greg holds the doctorate in Psychology from Alliant International University and Masters and Bachelors degrees from the University of San Diego. He is a Consultant Member of the Society for Organizational Learning and a member of the International Coach Federation.
