Julie Jackle

Julie Jackle has over 15+ years of professional experience in areas including leadership, product management/development, marketing, and strategy. Julie’s firsthand corporate experiences of what works well and what doesn’t provide a powerful foundation to support and grow clients.

Julie focuses on three core areas: strategic, team, and personal leadership to help clients achieve substantial and lasting improvements. Her areas of expertise include developing inspired leadership skills, creating and nurturing powerful yet authentic professional relationships, and cultivating effective decision making skills.

Julie was a consultant with Bain helping executive clients with corporate strategy. She started her career in financial services working in analyst and institutional sales roles at Charles Schwab, Merrill lynch and Morgan Stanley.

Julie holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of business. She has dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and International Relations with honors from University of Southern California. She received her coaching certification from the Coaches Training Institute. She is also a certified practitioner in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She completed advanced leadership coursework from the Center for Creative Leadership and from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. Julie is also fluent in German and Spanish and has lived abroad in Germany and Ecuador.

Julie was a competitive runner from the age of 10 and competed on the Varsity Cross Country team at USC. She is an aspiring student of meditation.
