Dr. Gillian Khoo, a seasoned professional, who has worked in the US, Singapore, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, enjoys trusted advisor status with global, strategic, and enterprise leaders who must accelerate results while remaining centered, relevant, adaptable, and authentic in today’s complex, ambiguous, and ever changing environment.

Gillian has a unique background in executive assessment, leadership development, succession planning, somatic intelligence and change management. She is able to share best-in-class practices with her clients as a result of having worked across a broad base of industry sectors and with seasoned executives (from directors to EVP’s, Managing Directors and Chancellors) from diverse corporate environments and functional organizations.

Gillian is the current President of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association (NorCal). Outside of work, she enjoys adventure travel and coastal running. She has completed two marathons, rafted Class 4 rapids in Costa Rica, and climbed Mt. Kailash (18,000 ft/5,600 m) in Tibet.
