Prior to consulting, Eric held various leadership and executive positions. In that context his experience included coaching and supervising managers, directors and key leaders, strategic planning, leadership development, board leadership, HR, finance, and operations.
Some of the organizations Eric has worked with include Cisco, Google, Microsoft, Novartis, Takeda, and YMCA. He leads workshops and coaches students in the Mastery in Communication Initiative at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Eric holds a Master’s degree from Vanderbilt University, a coaching certificate from the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management, and leadership training through the Strozzi Institute. Eric is a board member of the Professional Coaches, Mentors and Advisors. He speaks conversational Mandarin, intermediate French, and simple German.
