Nicholas Pesch draws upon his experience as a senior executive and as a consultant to support people and organizations to live up their potential and to make specific and gainful use of it. His goal is to help executives to create effective and healthy leadership and organizations that develop their capacity for constant refocusing, regeneration, and change to meet the challenges of their changing worlds.
Before starting his consulting career, Nicholas was Managing Director of one of Germany’s largest call center organizations. Later he became a Director for Management Development in an international consultancy for human resources management. Nicholas combines his extensive experience as an executive with his profound knowledge as a coach and consultant to help leaders enabling positive transformation as a prerequisite for success.
Some of the organizations Nicholas has worked with include Hewlett Packard, Deutsche Bank, UBS, Zurich, Allianz, Deutsche Telekom, Sony Ericsson, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Puma.
Nicholas is a certified coach, and has a strong background in systemic consulting, Gestalt therapy, Transactional Analysis and Group Dynamics.
Nicholas and his family live in Munich.
